The silicone rubber housing of the Composite Insulator is formed through whole injection, providing excellent hydrophobicity, hydrophobicity migration, and soil resistance. Additionally, it possesses outstanding electrical insulation properties and aging resistance, effectively preventing pollution flashover accidents to ensure the safe operation of high voltage transmission lines. The modified ECR fiberglass reinforced epoxy resin rod is utilized due to its superior resistance to high temperature, stress corrosion & acid attack. It also exhibits fine damping action, high tensile strength (> 1200Mpa), and resistance to creep and fatigue failure, effectively ensuring the internal insulation quality and mechanical strength of insulators. End fittings are crimped onto the fiberglass rod using a voice-operated displacement type crimper. The silicone rubber insulators produced with this crimping technique demonstrate high mechanical strength and minimal dispersion. By employing advanced automatic overall injection molding techniques and connection methods for production and assembly, as well as computer-controlled crimping procedures monitored by ultrasonic detectors, we can guarantee that each product meets our stringent quality standards.
Product structure and advantages
Our company specializes in the production of long rod composite insulator for transmission lines. The main structure is composed of rubber, epoxy glass fiber core and metal end fittings.
Compared to similar ceramic and glass insulators, silicone rubber insulators offer several advantages:
1. **Compact and Lightweight**: Silicone rubber insulators are 1/7 to 1/10 the weight of equivalent ceramic insulators. They are also highly elastic, durable, and resistant to breakage, making them easy and economical to transport and install.
2. **High Mechanical Strength**: With FRP rods, these insulators boast a tensile strength 5-10 times greater than ceramic materials. Their small core cross-section results in a compact, lightweight product with excellent tensile strength, capable of handling loads above 300KN.
3. **Superior Anti-Pollution and Aging Resistance**: The silicone rubber sheds, made through injection molding, provide excellent hydrophobicity and mobility. This ensures high anti-pollution flashover voltage and robust electrical corrosion resistance.
4. **Ease of Installation and Maintenance**: These insulators are simple to install and maintain, significantly reducing maintenance costs associated with power outages and labor.
5. **Simple Production Process and Quick Delivery**: The straightforward manufacturing process allows for short production times and quick delivery.
We have been participating in various exhibitions at home and abroad from 2010 to 2019. At the exhibition, relevant people from the industry and us saw our products directly and closely.
All composite insulators are meticulously packaged in weatherproof containers to ensure their protection during transportation by land, air, and sea. We offer several packaging options tailored to different modes of transport and expected storage conditions:
As customers are most familiar with their specific crate requirements, it is essential for them to select the option that best meets their needs and include this information in their purchasing specifications. Special packaging arrangements can be accommodated upon request.
Each container is clearly labeled with the number of insulators it contains, the catalog number, the manufacturer's name, and any other customer requests.
Each package, whether wooden crates or paper tubes, includes specifications and product certifications attached.
