A tension clamp is a type of hardware designed to secure conductors or cables under tension, offering mechanical support to both the insulator and the conductor. It is commonly used to attach overhead power lines to utility poles or optical devices.

The silicone rubber housing of our composite insulator is made using one-time full injection molding. This gives it excellent water-repellent properties, self-cleaning ability, and strong resistance to dirt. It also provides great electrical insulation and aging resistance, helping to prevent flashovers and ensuring safe operation on high-voltage lines.
We use a modified ECR fiberglass rod with epoxy resin, which offers high strength (over 1200 MPa), great resistance to heat, corrosion, and acid, and also performs well against vibration, creep, and fatigue. This helps keep the insulator strong and reliable over time.
The metal end fittings are crimped onto the rod using a voice-controlled, precision crimping machine. This ensures the connection is strong and consistent. With advanced automatic injection molding and crimping technologies-plus ultrasonic quality checks-we make sure every insulator meets our high quality standards.

Product structure and advantages
Our company specializes in the production of long rod composite insulator for transmission lines. The main structure is composed of rubber, epoxy glass fiber core and metal end fittings.
Compared to similar ceramic and glass insulators, silicone rubber insulators offer several advantages:
1. **Compact and Lightweight**: Silicone rubber insulators are 1/7 to 1/10 the weight of equivalent ceramic insulators. They are also highly elastic, durable, and resistant to breakage, making them easy and economical to transport and install.
2. **High Mechanical Strength**: With FRP rods, these insulators boast a tensile strength 5-10 times greater than ceramic materials. Their small core cross-section results in a compact, lightweight product with excellent tensile strength, capable of handling loads above 300KN.
3. **Superior Anti-Pollution and Aging Resistance**: The silicone rubber sheds, made through injection molding, provide excellent hydrophobicity and mobility. This ensures high anti-pollution flashover voltage and robust electrical corrosion resistance.
4. **Ease of Installation and Maintenance**: These insulators are simple to install and maintain, significantly reducing maintenance costs associated with power outages and labor.
5. **Simple Production Process and Quick Delivery**: The straightforward manufacturing process allows for short production times and quick delivery.
We have been participating in various exhibitions at home and abroad from 2010 to 2019. At the exhibition, relevant people from the industry and us saw our products directly and closely.
All Power Line Polymer Insulators are carefully packaged in weatherproof containers to ensure protection during land, air and sea transport. We offer a variety of packaging solutions to suit different modes of transport and expected storage conditions:
1.Standard grade prefabricated packaging
2.Economy carton
3.High grade closed solid cases
Since customers are most familiar with their specific crate requirements, they must carefully select the option that best meets their needs and include this information in their purchase specifications. Special packing arrangements can be arranged upon request. Each container is clearly marked with the number of insulators, catalog number, manufacturer name and other customer requirements. In addition, each package, whether wooden box or paper tube, comes with detailed specifications and product certificates.
