High tension energy distribution line insulators is composed of glass silicone rubber umbrella skirt, glass fiber epoxy resin solid rod and metal fittings.
The silicone rubber canopy skirt adopts the whole injection and compression technology, and the glass fiber solid rod is connected with the metal fittings in the compression and connection way, thus solving the key problem affecting the reliability of  composite insulators -- the interface electrical breakdown.
Wuhan Line adopts the most advanced pressing technology in China, equipped with automatic sound wave damage control and detection system, small size, high strength, beautiful appearance, light weight.It can be used interchangeably with porcelain insulators.
