123kV Composite Tension Insulator have compact structure, strong integrity, good anti-pollution capability, light weight, small volume, good internal and external insulation performance, high mechanical strength, and need to be cleaned regularly. They are mainly used for high-voltage transmission lines.The umbrella cover is made of silicone rubber composite material, which has better anti-corrosion performance and solves the problem of product rust under various weather conditions such as dry and acid rain.Can effectively avoid pollution flashover accident, reduce the later maintenance and cleaning workload.

Inspection before installation
Before dispatched, the goods will be performed routine test and sample test comply with related standards. In case damage during the transportation, each one's sheds and housing will be checked thoroughly. Superficial defects of an area greater than 25 mm² (the total defective area not to exceed 0.2% of the total insulator surface) or of depth greater than 1mm.
