Wuhan Line Power Transmission Equipment Co., Ltd. Was established in 2008 and is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of high voltage transmission power composite insulator series products.

Located in Wuhan, we implement ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Control, ISO14001: 2015 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001: 2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. We have already exported our polymer insulators, accessories, fuse cutouts, etc. To North America (Canada, USA, Trinidad and Tobago, etc. ), South America (Ecuador, Venezuela, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, etc. ), Europe (Bulgaria, Norway, Sweden, Czech, Poland, etc. ), Australia, New Zealand and so on. We are one of the main suppliers to State Grid of China(SGCC). Up to now, our company has won the bidding for more than 10 lines of AC and DC UHV transmission projects of the State Grid, with more than 30, 000PCS ± 800kV and 1000kV composite insulators in operation. We have a long-standing and close relationship with the China Electric Power Research Institute(CEPRI).

Compared to similar ceramic and glass insulators, silicone rubber insulators offer several advantages:

1. **Compact and Lightweight**: Silicone rubber insulators are 1/7 to 1/10 the weight of equivalent ceramic insulators. They are also highly elastic, durable, and resistant to breakage, making them easy and economical to transport and install.

2. **High Mechanical Strength**: With FRP rods, these insulators boast a tensile strength 5-10 times greater than ceramic materials. Their small core cross-section results in a compact, lightweight product with excellent tensile strength, capable of handling loads above 300KN.

3. **Superior Anti-Pollution and Aging Resistance**: The silicone rubber sheds, made through injection molding, provide excellent hydrophobicity and mobility. This ensures high anti-pollution flashover voltage and robust electrical corrosion resistance.

4. **Ease of Installation and Maintenance**: These composite insulators are simple to install and maintain, significantly reducing maintenance costs associated with power outages and labor.

5. **Simple Production Process and Quick Delivery**: The straightforward manufacturing process allows for short production times and quick delivery.

Packaging & Shipping

All insulators are packed in weatherproof containers in order to protect the products during land, air and sea transportation. Several different grades of packaging can be offered depending on the mode of transport and the expected storage conditions. Special packaging arrangements can be accommodated upon the users' request.
