The company's products are AC composite long-rod insulators with rated voltages from 10kV to 1000kV and rated mechanical loads from 70kN to 550kN; DC composite long-rod insulators of rated voltages from ± 400kV to ± 1100kV and rated mechanical loads from 160kN to 1000kN; Composite line post insulators up to 550kV, substation post insulators, braced post insulators, pin insulators, cross-arm insulators, and composite insulators for electrified railways. All products are certified to international quality standards - IEC, ANSI, AS, BS, CAS, GB, and more.
In addition, we provide our clients with solutions for complete power equipment and its accessories, such as porcelain insulators, glass insulators, HDPE insulators, power fittings, cables, surge arresters, fuse cutouts, etc. We have a strong core technical team and a complete R&D system, and guarantee our clients secure operational solutions and sustainable business models.
We have already exported our insulators, accessories, fuse cutouts, etc. To North America (Canada, USA, Trinidad and Tobago, etc. ), South America (Ecuador, Venezuela, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, etc. ), Europe (Bulgaria, Norway, Sweden, Czech, Poland, etc. ), Australia, New Zealand and so on. All insulators are packed in weatherproof containers in order to protect the products during land, air and sea transportation. Several different grades of packaging can be offered depending on the mode of transport and the expected storage conditions. Special packaging arrangements can be accommodated upon the users' request.
Each insulator unit is marked with the name or trade mark of the manufacturer and the year of manufacture in accordance with IEC 61952 and means to ensure a system of trace-ability for each of the component parts. In addition, each insulator unit is marked with the specified mechanical failing load in conformity with lEC 61952 and client' requirements.
